If you’re like me, you’ve realized that working in an office isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.  The long hours, gray walls, bad coffee, and all the sitting can make us physically and mentally unhealthy.  I dream of one day quitting it all and traveling the world.  There are plenty of blogs out there about people who’ve done that.  Unfortunately, like most of us, I’m not ready to give up the paycheck and stability of the office life.

I created Surviving the Cubicle to talk about ways to cope and maybe even enjoy the cube lifestyle. I’m learning as we go, so stick around and see what happens.

I love what you are doing here! I have the exact same frustrations you do about having a mind numbing, boring office job. My dream is to also one day run my own business and be free. It is hard to keep that dream in sight when you feel constantly dragged down by your current situation. I will keep following your blog for inspiration.
